Prof. Dr. Nathalie Roche studeerde in 1992 af als arts in de Genees-, Heel- en Verloskunde aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. Na haar afstuderen werkte zij twee jaar als assistent (Plastische) Chirurgie in Nieuwegein, Gouda en Amsterdam. In 1994 begon zij aan haar specialisatie in Plastische Heelkunde in het Universitair Ziekenhuis Gent, en is inmiddels staflid bij UZ Gent. In 2000 behaalde zij haar diploma in Plastische, Reconstructieve en Esthetische Chirurgie en werd zij fellow van het Collegium Chirurgicum Plasticum en de European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. In 2015 promoveerde zij met het proefschrift “Face Off: Multidisciplinary Approach to Facial Transplantation”.
Wij zijn trots om te zeggen dat Prof. Dr. Nathalie Roche sinds 2024 werkzaam is bij SAM Kliniek.
Zij is actief lid van diverse professionele verenigingen, waaronder de RBSPS, NVPC, NVEPC, EURAPS en NVSCA.
Prof. Dr. Roche heeft dus veel ervaring in de (plastische) chirurgie en haar focus gebieden zijn plastische chirurgie en aangezichtschirurgie. Een facelift, halslift en ooglidcorrecties zijn haar specialiteit.
